Orthopedic Surgeon and Traumatology


Dr. Luis Guillermo Cambronero Moraga is a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology. He graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Costa Rica in 1985 and obtained his specialization in 1990 at the San Juan de Dios Hospital-University of Costa Rica.

In 1993, he pursued postgraduate studies at the Pontifical Javeriana University School of Medicine in Bogotá, Colombia, focusing on arthroscopic surgery and knee reconstruction, and at the Lomas Verdes Hospital of Orthopedics and Traumatology in Naucalpan, Mexico, with an emphasis on spine surgery.

Dr. Cambronero has extensive experience in oncological surgery for primary bone tumors and metastatic lesions.

 He has participated in numerous congresses and update symposiums and has received numerous recognitions, including those from the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports in 1992 and from the University of Costa Rica as a teacher at San Juan de Dios Hospital in 1998.
